Chanchal Raj, a Marketing Automation expert, shared his journey in marketing and infused the idea of focusing on marketing holistically. He stated that brands should create their reach on all the possible channels of marketing to reap the best outcomes. This gave us the idea that marketing is a journey that takes you through building your authority in the market.
Role of Community in building a Brand
“Community is a self-sustainable idea that offers mutual benefits to the members and it is the concept which can give great ROI if run without any selfish interests”, states Anuj Agarwal who is experienced in building Communities.
Answering the Question on how community works, asked by Arpita, one of the raw members, of the panel discussed the various tactics such as creating newsletters to engage the community, using digital tools for engagement, and strategizing for the community in the right manner.
How to understand channels of Marketing
Marketing is about the message and medium, says Chanchal. Adding to it, Anuj suggested the idea that brands need to choose the objective and then select which medium to market the brand. Giving example by taking Red Art Works as a reference he differentiated the idea of choosing a medium based on goals such as increasing the reach of brands on social media or utilizing the website to get leads.
Shrey added that brands can also utilize content as a core element to increase the discoverability of a brand. He suggested that the brand should always try different tactics to tap the audience throughout the consumer journey.
