📅 Booking & Entry:

• Only bookings made through our official website are valid. Verbal or paper-based bookings cannot be honored.
• Please try to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled booking time to get settled.

🕒 Booking Duration & Overstay Penalties:

• Your booking is valid for the exact time slot reserved.
• Use of the meeting room beyond your booked time on the platform is strictly unauthorized. You’ll need to immediately vacate the room, and the following penalties will apply:
  • Minor Overstay: If you use the meeting room for up to 30 minutes beyond your booked time, a fine of ₹200 per 30 minutes (or part thereof) will be applied.
  • Significant Overstay/Unauthorized Use: If the room is occupied for more than 30 minutes past your booked time, or if your team is found to be occupying the room without booking it on the platform, a fine of ₹400 per 30 minutes will be applied, calculated from the last booked slot of the meeting room on the booking platform.
• Repeated violations may lead to additional disciplinary actions, including suspension of meeting room booking privileges.

🧑‍💼 Room Usage Rules:

• Kindly use only the room and time slot you have booked.
• Unauthorized use of any other room will be charged at ₹800 per hour and may lead to future booking restrictions.
• Please do not exceed the room’s maximum capacity for the comfort and safety of all users.

🧽 Cleanliness & Behavior:

• We kindly ask that you leave the room clean and tidy, and remove all your personal belongings upon departure.
• Respectful behavior toward our staff and other coworking members is expected at all times.
• Any misconduct may result in the suspension of your booking privileges.
• Please report any issues with the equipment immediately to our staff. Damages caused will be billed at replacement cost.

🔄 Emergency Changes:

• In rare cases of unforeseen maintenance or emergencies, we may need to reschedule or relocate your booking without prior notice.
